1.1 Our Services allow for the creation of your pet art. Our artists use a mix of graphic design techniques as well as using AI assistance and we work with the highest quality fulfillment vendors to place your unique art on various products including canvases and framed prints.
1.2 You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
1.3 We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
2.1 The Site and Services, including all content, images, artwork created by Pet Canvas are the property of both Pet Canvas and the individual or companies who purchase the specific artwork. Its licensors are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2.2 You may not use our Site or Services for any purpose that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
2.3 By using our Site or Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display any content you upload, post, or otherwise transmit to our Site or Services in connection with the Services.

Upon uploading Content, you acknowledge that Pet Canvas may review your Content for adherence to our guidelines and compliance with the Terms set forth in this agreement. You acknowledge and agree that you will use this Site and any products ordered on this Site at all times in accordance with all applicable United States federal, state and local laws, statutes, regulations and ordinances and will not take any action that harms or violates the rights of any person or entity.

4.4 Refunds for Services. Pet Canvas offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your final product, we’ll work with you to make it right or refund your order.

6.2 Upon termination, your right to access and use our Site and Services will immediately cease, and we may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related user content.
7.1 These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our Site or Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7.2 Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our Site or Services will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than in court.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, such as but not limited to sales taxes, GST, HST and others, and duties associated with the Products. In some states in the US and countries, Pet Canvas may collect the applicable taxes from you as the seller and pay this to the relevant tax authority. In certain cases you are required to provide a valid exemption certificate such as Resale certificate, VAT ID or ABN.
9.1 We may modify these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion, by posting revised Terms on our Site. Your continued use of our Site or Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
All items purchased through Pet Canvas are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass to you on Pet Canvas’s shipment to the shipping carrier. We reserve the right to ship partial orders (at no additional cost to you).
11.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pet Canvas regarding the use of our Site and Services, and supersede all prior agreements between you and Pet Canvas governed by the parent company, Spark Visions Inc., relating to the use of our Site and Services.
11.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
11.3 Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
